BookMyShow gets ticketing rights of IPL 2022

BookMyShow has been appointed as the exclusive ticketing partner for Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 and will also manage venue services for all stadia including Gate Entry and Spectator Management services.

Amid COVID-19, the matches will be held across stadia in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Pune in the state of Maharashtra this year.

The 10 teams that will be battling for the coveted title include defending champions Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals, Gujarat Titans, Kolkata Knight Riders, Lucknow Super Giants, Punjab Kings, Rajasthan Royals, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hyderabad.

People can book tickets exclusively on BookMyShow starting on Wednesday for the matches now live on the platform.

Tickets are priced at Rs 800 onwards and are available.
