Afridi keen to play KFC Big Bash League

Islamabad, June 14 (IBNS): Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi has expressed his desire to play Australia's KFC Big Bash League.

He is currently busy playing for  Hampshire in England's domestic T20 competition.

He said he is ready to play for Pakistan .

"I'll be available for the national team whenever it needs me," Afridi told cricket.com.au.

"I am very focused on cricket and want to continue it. I am looking after myself very well and working hard on my fitness," he said.

"I still feel that I can play for the next couple of years whether it is for Pakistan or PSL (Pakistan Super League), Big Bash or England (domestic) T20s," the cricketer said.
