Farida Jalal: Actress slams death hoax, says she's hale and hearty

Mumbai, Feb 20 (IBNS): Veteran Bollywood actress Farida Jalal slammed trolls for circulating fake news of her death on social media.

Jalal also urged them to stop spreading false information.

"I am here to confirm you that i am alive.News  of my death is nothing more than a rumour.Stop spreading fake & false news," her tweet read.

A popular star in the Bollywood industry, Jalal started her career in the 1960's.

Jalal is not the only victim of such a cruel joke, as several other celebs too have had a similar experience with the internet.
