Rahul Gandhi begins 3-day 'Kheti Bachao Yatra' to Punjab and Haryana in protest against farm laws

New Delhi/UNI: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday embarked on a three-day 'Kheti Bachao Yatra' to Punjab and Haryana to interact with the farmers and stand in support of their protest against the farm sector laws.

Rahul left from 10 Janpath residence of Congress president Sonia Gandhi for the drive, during which he will hold public meetings and a tractor rallies in Punjab.

On the first day, Rahul Gandhi will carry out a tractor yatra from Bandhani Kala to Jattpur.

The Yatra will be followed by a public meeting at Jattpur in Ludhiana on Sunday evening.

Congress has been protesting against the passage of the farm sector laws in Parliament, describing them as 'anti-farmer'.
