Punjab police arrest 5 members of highway robbers gang
In a major breakthrough, Patiala police bust the Interstate gang of highway robbers operating from Delhi.
Five members were arrested from Rajpura Highway and recovered 3 pistols and 20 live cartridges, along with one vehicle and other heavy-duty tools from them.
Punjab DGP Gourav Yadav said on Saturday that they have more than 20 criminal cases registered against them in New Delhi.
They had plans to commit sensational crimes in Ludhiana and Jalandhar.
The FIR has been registered at PS City Rajpura, Patiala.
