Odisha: Ahmedabad-Puri Express travels few kms without engine
New Delhi, Apr 8 (IBNS): In a close shave for passengers, coaches of Ahmedabad-Puri Express travelled a few kilometres in Odisha without the engine on Saturday night, media reports said.
No passenger was hurt in the incident.
The coaches moved towards Kesinga (under Sambalpur railway division) after the engine was detached, which was supposed to be attached at the other end of the train,said reports.
The coaches were stopped by alert staff, who brought them to halt by putting stones.
