German woman killed, 14 injured in Bali boat explosion
Bali, Indonesia, Sept 15 (IBNS) ; A boat ferrying passengers from Bali to Gili Islands exploded on Thursday, killing one person and injuring 14 others, media reports said.
A German woman was reportedly killed.
Photos on social media show bleeding passengers being carried away.
The Gili Cat 2 fast boat was transporting 35 passengers to popular tourist destination and holiday island Gili Trawangan when the fuel tank reportedly blew up on board.
The boat was carrying citizens from Portugal, Germany, and Britain, according to early police reports.
