Sachin Tendulkar meets PM Modi to seek blessing for biopic on him

New Delhi, May 19 (IBNS) Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and received his blessings for a film on him titled Sachin: A Billion Dreams.

Prime Minister told Sachin, 'Jo khele, Wahi khile!'

"Could not have agreed more," tweeted Sachin about his response the words of the PM.

The cricketing legend later tweeted: "Briefed our Hon'ble PM @narendramodi about the film #SachinABillionDreams & received his blessings."

Modi too tweeted later: "Had a very good meeting with @sachin_rt. His life journey & accomplishments make every Indian proud & inspire 1.25 billion people."

Sachin: A Billion Dreams is a biopic written and directed by Emmy nominated James Erskine and produced by Ravi Bhagchandka and Carnival Motion Pictures under 200 NotOut Productions.

The film is scheduled to be released on 26 May 2017.
