May be our best efforts was not good enough: Gambhir

Kolkata, May 20 (IBNS): Kolkata Knight Riders skipper Gautam Gambhir on Saturday the best effort put up by his side was not enough to reach the final of the IPL.

KKR was defeated by Mumbai in the second qualifier of the tournament.

"Tks for being a wonderful support 4 @KKRiders,but 4 u all this journey won't have been fun. Tried our best may b our best wasn't good enuff," Gambhir tweeted.

Mumbai Indians defeated KKR in the qualifier by six wickets.

Mumbai Indians will meet Rising Pune Supergiant in the final of the cash-rich tournament.
