Indian bowlers dented Bangladesh's hopes of giving hosts a tough fight even though Shakib Al Hasan (82) and Mushfiqur Rahim (81 not out ) revived the visitors' innings in the second session as they added 107 runs for the fifth wicket after their team struggled to reach 125 for 4 at lunch.
After Indian pace duo of Ishant Sharma and Umesh Yadav struck early to pick up three wicket, spinners Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravidnra Jadeja claimed one apiece.
On Friday, India had declared their first innings scoring a mammoth 687 runs losing six wickets.
