Mumbai: Actor Akshay Kumar on Wednesday shared a heart-warming note on Instagram to wish her wife Twinkle as she turned 48.
With the message, he shared an image of themselves chilling together in Maldives.
"With you by my side, even the blues are easy to take in my stride… Happy birthday Tina," he wished Twinkle.
Akshay and Twinkle could be seen resting on a hammock with cushions around them above the blue waters in the picture shared on Instagram.
Akshay was last seen in the movie Atrangi Re.
