Cupertino/IBNS: Actor Triptii Dimri and singer AP Dhillon were among the Indian celebrities who attended Apple's latest iPhone launch event at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park in Cupertino, California.
The two celebrities got an opportunity to witness the unveiling of Apple's newly launched iPhone models, including the tech giant's first-ever foldable iPhone.
Triptii and AP Dhillon were also seen interacting with Apple executives during the highly anticipated event.
Triptii shares glimpses from Apple Park
Triptii took to Instagram to share a series of images from her visit to Apple Park.
The 'Animal' actor described the experience as a memorable evening and thanked the Apple team for inviting her to the event.
"A memorable evening at Apple Park, from experiencing the keynote in person to witnessing a new chapter unfold for @apple," she wrote.
"A special one with #JohnTernus stepping into this new chapter. Thank you for having us @apple team, it was a wonderful experience. Here’s to what’s ahead."
Apple unveils new iPhone lineup
Apple has unveiled its latest iPhone lineup, headlined by the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, alongside its first-ever foldable iPhone, the iPhone Duo.
The launch marks Apple's entry into the foldable smartphone segment and brings a series of hardware upgrades.
The iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max are powered by the new A20 Pro chip and feature a 48MP Fusion Main camera with variable aperture. The devices also come with a next-generation vapour chamber, improved battery life, a smaller Dynamic Island and new AI-powered Siri features.
Apple's first foldable iPhone
The iPhone Duo marks Apple's first entry into the foldable smartphone market.
The device features a 7.6-inch inner display when unfolded and a 5.4-inch outer display when folded. It also features a precision hinge and is designed to support multitasking, gaming and content consumption.
iPhone 18 Pro price in India
In India, the iPhone 18 Pro starts at ₹1,64,900, while the iPhone Duo starts at ₹2,99,900.
Pre-orders for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max begin on September 12, with the devices set to become available from September 18.
The iPhone Duo is scheduled to open for pre-orders from October 16.
More products unveiled
Alongside the new iPhone lineup, Apple also unveiled the Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4 and AirPods 5, expanding its latest hardware portfolio beyond the iPhone.
