Sultan grabs award at Shanghai International Film Festival

Mumbai,June 24 (IBNS): Superstar Salman Khan's 2016 released movie Sultan has earned best action movie award at the Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF).

It has become the first Bollywood movie to clinch the award.

Salman Khan's Sultan was one of the biggest hits of 2016 in India.

In the movie Salman portrayed the role of a wrestler.

Meanwhile, the movie will soon release in China.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted: "#Sultan to release in China later this year... Meanwhile, #Sultan wins Best Action Movie Award at Shanghai International Film Festival."

The movie released in India during Eid last year.

It also featured actress Anushka Sharma.
