Sui Dhaaga earns Rs. 75 crores at BO till Thursday

Mumbai, Oct 12 (IBNS): Sui Dhaaga, the film featuring actors Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan, has earned Rs. 75 crores till Thursday.

"#SuiDhaaga went downhill in Week 2... The 2-week total is healthy in view of the strong Week 1... [Week 2] Fri 1.75 cr, Sat 3.10 cr, Sun 4.35 cr, Mon 1.25 cr, Tue 1.05 cr, Wed 95 lakhs, Thu 85 lakhs. Total: ₹ 75.80 cr. India biz... 1100 screens in Week 2," film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

The movie brings together National Award winning producer-director combo of Maneesh Sharma and Sharat Katariya after their blockbuster Dum Laga Ke Haisha.

The film is a special salute to the inherent entrepreneurial spirit that the youth of India and its local artisans have.

The movie also features actor Anushka Sharma in the lead role.
