Sridevi shares her old picture with Jayalalithaa

Mumbai, Dec 8 (IBNS): Sharing an old picture of her with late ex-Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and former actress J Jayalalithaa, Bollywood actress Sridevi has paid tribute to the southern leader recently.

Sridevi is seen in the picture with Jayalalithaa.

The picture is from a 1971 film titled ‘Aathi Parasakthi’.

Both of them had worked in the movie together.

In the movie, Jayalalithaa had played the role of Goddess Sakthi.

Sridevi, who later became one of the most successful names in Bollywood industry, was then a child artist and played the character of Lord Murugan.

Sharing the picture, Sridevi tweeted: "The most articulate dignified,cultured & caring lady, lucky to have worked with her. I Along with millions of our people will miss her."

Jayalalithaa passed away on Monday.
