Mumbai, Aug 29 (IBNS): Actress Sonam Kapoor Ahuja will be seen as a "lucky charm" of the Indian cricket team in upcoming Hindi film The Zoya Factor, the trailer of which was released on Thursday.

In an almost 2.50-minute trailer, Sonam is seen taking birth on the day Kapil Dev lifted the Cricket World Cup in 1983 and later turned out to be a lucky charm for the men-in-blue.

Also Sonam's transformation from an ill-fated woman to a "lucky charm" is unmissable.

Actor Dulquer Salmaan played the role of the Indian skipper. The Zoya Factor also stars Angad Bedi.

The Abhishek Sharma directorial film is slated to release on September 20.
