Shahid Kapoor shoots title track of Udta Punjab with twist
Mumbai, May 19 (IBNS): Shahid Kapoor is all set to shoot for the title track of Udta Punjab this week.
The song is set to be a promotional video which will feature Shahid Kapoor as Tommy Singh.
The sneak peak of the title track which was heard in the trailer of the film is as trippy as it gets.
The video will feature the essence of Punjab partying led by their favorite rock star Tommy Singh.The video will also showcase Tommy’s madness spreading like a fire amongst his fans, almost like they are possessed by him.
Boscow has been put on the job for choreographing the video of the song. Shahid will be seen donning a Tee-shirt, denim along with a bright colored jacket making him look like a real Punjabi rockstar.
In fact makers have also called in a few real life fans of Shahid who will be seen featuring as the part of the fan crowd amongst the audience featuring in the video.
This is surely set to be a pure treat for Shahid’s fans who will be getting a chance to see Shahid perform live.
A dialogue in the trailer of the film “Milna Hai Tommy Singh Se” will purely resonate with the fans who will get the chance to meet the actor. Shahid has received immense praise for the sneak peak that the audiences got to see in the trailer followed by his song Chitta Ve.
It is one of the craziest characters that the actor has played. The looks and prep for same has been an extensive journey for Shahid.
Tagged as the busiest trailer of the year, produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and Phantom Productions, Udta Punjab is directed by Abhishek Chaubey and is set to release on June 17.
