Rajkumar Rao believes in maintaining fitness regime

Mumbai, Nov 25 (IBNS): The award winning actor, Rajkumar Rao, believes in staying true to his fitness regime.
The actor opts to indulge in regular free hand workouts so as to stay fit.
 
As a part of his workout regime, Rajkumar does push-ups, dips, squats, Ab crunches, Leg Lifts, Side bends in addition to other free hand workouts. 
 
It is a lesser known fact that Rajkumar is a national level gold medalist in Taekwondo and reserves a part of the day to practice the same.
 
The avid traveler, sure has found out a way to maintain his health without the use of gym equipment's.
 
Rajkumar Rao is all set with his next release 'Aligarh', which was recently screened at MAMI Mumbai Film Festival.

The actor's performance has been appreciated a lot by the audience present at MAMI Mumbai Film Festival.
