Pan India colleges approach Farhan to shoot a scene for Rock On 2!
What brings the film back in the news is the fact that producer-actor, Farhan has been being receiving invitations from various colleges to shoot concert scenes in their colleges.
Farhan is quite popular amongst the youth for his movies, songs and his band Farhan Live. Apparently, the actor has been receiving invitation from the colleges to shoot concert scenes in their college.
The Bhaag Milkha Bhaag actor has performed in numerous places with his band members. Ever since he visited colleges for his concerts Farhan Live, he has started getting invitation from colleges to shoot the concert scenes of Rock On!! 2.
A source close to the actor said, “Rock On!! 2 is definitely one of the most anticipated upcoming films. The actor has received invitation from colleges across the nation to shoot their concert scenes in their colleges. They will start shooting soon."
Confirming the news, his spokesperson added, “Since the time Farhan has been visiting various colleges with his band Farhan Live, he has gained immense popularity among the youth. He has been receiving invitations from colleges across India to shoot the concert scene for Rock On!! 2 in their colleges.”
Besides Farhan Akhtar and Shraddha Kapoor, Rock On!! 2 will also feature Pracchi Desai and Arjun Rampal. The film will be directed by debutant Shujaat Saudagar. The film will feature music by Shillong's very own band Somersault.
