Nick Jonas had approached me first: Priyanka Chopra makes a crucial revelation about her relationship
New York, Oct 30 (IBNS): With her imminent wedding making global headlines, Indian actress Priyanka Chopra has revealed that it was actually her would-be husband Nick Jonas who had approached her and made the first step in the start of their relationship.
Talking to Entertainment Tonight, Priyanka said: "I actually didn’t make the first move -- he did."
"He texted me. The first time was a text and just saying, ‘I think we should connect,’ and whatever and that’s how we started talking," she said.
Priyanka also revealed that the new phase of life is making her feel excited.
"This is such a wonderful new step in my life and I’m still getting used to it because it’s obviously been a whirlwind and I haven’t seen myself happier,” she said.
The actress said: "Just being in the whole situation of finding somebody who can be a partner to you in so many more ways than one is amazing, so yes I’m very excited.”
Priyanka and Nick are expected to marry soon.
