Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood actors Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharruccha have self-isolated themselves after 45 crew members including Akshay Kumar from film Ram Setu tested positive for Covid-19.

While Jacqueline hasn’t yet used social media to convey her message, Nushrratt has shared a photo of her in-home isolation, and revealed she was relying on steam and other precautions to keep her safe.

Akshay Kumar, who has recently kicked off shooting for Ram Setu, on Sunday revealed that he tested positive for the Covel Coronavirus.

Out of the 100 crew members who were tested, 45 reported positive for the deadly virus.

Amid the massive spike in Covid-19 cases in Maharashtra, several actors including Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal have tested positive for Covid-19.

Amid the alarming situation, the state government has imposed new restrictions including weekend lockdown and cap on big gatherings, but the weekend shooting of films remains unhindered with 33 per cent of the crew members.
