IFFI: Taapsee Pannu gives a perfect reply when asked to speak in Hindi

Panaji/IBNS: Actress Taapsee Pannu earned appreciation from her fans after she recently responded boldly when a reporter asked her to speak in Hindi.

Like a boss, Taapsee, known for playing some memorable characters onscreen , reacted sharply to win the hearts of her fans.

The incident happened during the the 50th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2019 in Goa wherein the B-town beauty spoke at length on a session called — ‘Women in Lead’.

A reporter was heard interrupting her during the Q/A session and asked her to speak in Hindi.

The actress asked the audience present: "Does everyone here understand Hindi?"

The reporter once again said: "Why English? You are a Hindi actress?"  

She then responded: "Sir I am a South Indian actress also. Should I speak in Tamil, Telugu?"
