Hansal Mehta to make film on gangster Vikas Dubey
Mumbai/IBNS: Indian filmmaker Hansal Mehta will make a film on controversial gangster from Uttar Pradesh, Vikas Dubey.
The film will be produced by Shaailesh R Singh in association with Polaroid Media.

Dubey was killed in an encounter by Uttar Pradesh last month.
The gangster was arrested by police from Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain on Jul 9.
