Ek Villain Returns earns Rs. 7.47 crores on second day

Mumbai: Ek Villain Returns earned Rs. 7.47 crores on Saturday as the John Abraham starrer managed to score a marginal hike in business in comparison to figures reported on Friday.

The movie released on Friday by bagging 7.05 crores at the Box Office.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted: "#EkVillainReturns collects in similar range on Day 2... Marginal increase at national chains, but down in mass pockets... All eyes on Day 3... Fri 7.05 cr, Sat 7.47 cr. Total: ₹ 14.52 cr. #India biz."

Ek Villain Returns is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language psychological action crime thriller film written and directed by Mohit Suri, and a spiritual successor to his 2014 film Ek Villain.

The film is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar under the banners Balaji Motion Pictures and T-Series.

The movie stars John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria in the lead roles.
