Ayushmann Khurrana's Dream Girl inches closer towards 100 cr at box office

Mumbai: Actor Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Hindi film Dream Girl is inching closer towards the 100 crore club at the Indian box office.

After earning Rs. 11.05 crore on Sunday, the film has bagged Rs. 97.65 crore so far in total.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#DreamGirl continues its dominance... Will cruise past ₹ cr mark today... Will be #EktaKapoor’s second century [after #EkVillain]... Also #AyushmannKhurrana’s second century [after #BadhaaiHo]... [Week 2] Fri 5.30 cr, Sat 9.10 cr, Sun 11.05 cr. Total: ₹ 97.65 cr. #India biz."

The comedy drama also stars Nushrat Bharucha. 

Dream Girl is the first film where Ayushmann and Nushrat are paired opposite each other.

It has portrayed the Badhaai Ho actor as a call center worker who talks to men as a woman.

The Raaj Shaandilyaa directorial film has hit the big screens on Sept 13.
