Ayushmann is Shah Rukh's Jabra fan

Mumbai, Mar 18 (IBNS): Be it acting, singing or writing Ayushmann Khurrana has done it all. The multi-faceted actor who has explored different creative zones in the industry says that his inspiration comes from the greats of Indian Cinema like Dillip Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan.
However, he feels that he identifies the most with King Khan, as he was the reigning star during his teen years.

The actor used to watch each and every Shah Rukh film and would even have his posters on his walls.

So struck was he with SRK’s intellect that he even decided to pursue journalism because of his favourite superstar, that to the same course in the same college (Mass Communication in Jamia).

In fact, he was so inspired by Shah Rukh Khan’s success that the actor decided to take a chance and come to Mumbai to further his career as an actor.

Ayushmann also has a lot of other things in common with the Badshah of Bollywood.  Both come from non-filmy families and started off their careers with Theatre and Television.

Their debuts have been unlikely hits (Deewana and Vicky Donor). In fact one Ayushmann’s dream roles is that of Sunil in Kundan Shah’s Kabhie Haan Khabie Naa.

Ayushmann certainly seems to be ‘Fan’ struck.
