Actress Tanushree Dutta's sexual harassment complaint against Nana Patekar quashed by court
Mumbai, Jun 13 (UNI): A local court here on Thursday quashed the sexual harassment complaint lodged by actress Tanushree Dutta against the veteran actor Nana Patekar.
The Oshiwara Police Station senior Police Inspector(PI) Shailesh Pasalwar corroborated the said news and stated, "The police today filed 'B Summary' in connection with actress Tanushree Dutta sexual harassment case before the local Andheri court here ."
The Magistrate classified the case as maliciously false, where there is no evidence or prima facie case against Patekar.
'B Summary' means cancellation report meaning the police have not found any evidence against the accused to file a charge sheet and seek the trial.
