Prime Minister Narendra Modi meets Antonio Guterres

New Delhi, Oct 2 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday met UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and called it 'wonderful'.

Modi said he discussed a wide range of issues pertaining to global peace and prosperity with the UN leader.

"Had a wonderful meeting with Secretary-General of the @UN, Mr. @antonioguterres. We discussed a wide range of issues pertaining to global peace and prosperity. We are extremely grateful to him for coming to India for the Mahatma Gandhi International Sanitation Convention," Modi tweeted.

He also tweeted an image of his meeting with the top UN leader.

Antonio is currently in India.
