Pranab Mukherjee to present National Awards for Outstanding Services in prevention of alcoholism, substance abuse

New Delhi, June 25 (IBNS) President Pranab Mukherjee will present the National Awards for Outstanding Services in the field of Prevention of Alcoholism and Substance (Drugs) Abuse on Sunday on the occasion of International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking at a function to be held at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.

The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment has established the National Awards for Outstanding Services in the field of Prevention of Alcoholism and Substance (Drugs) Abuse in 2013 to recognize the efforts and encourage excellence in this field.
