Pranab Mukherjee celebrates Raksha Bandhan with Brahma Kumari sisters

New Delhi, Aug 7 (IBNS): The former First Man of India, Pranab Mukherjee celebrated Raksha Bandhan with Brahma Kumari sisters at his 10 Rajaji Marg residence.

Sharing pictures from the event, Mukherjee tweeted, " Rakhi with Brahma Kumari sisters at 10 Rajaji Marg. Happy Rakshabandhan to all. #CitizenMukherjee."

Raksha Bandhan or Rakhi is a predominantly Hindu festival celebrated by the community in India and Nepal.

Mukherjee ended his tenure as the 13th President of India on Jul 25.
