PM Narendra Modi remembers Jesus Christ on Good Friday

New Delhi/UNI:  Prime Minister Narendra Modi remembered Jesus Christ's commitment to truth, service and justice on Good Friday.

''Lord Christ devoted his life to serving others. His courage and righteousness stand out and so does his sense of justice. On Good Friday, we remember Lord Christ and his commitment to truth, service and justice'', the Prime Minister said in a statement.

BJP president Jagat Prakash Nadda said Good Friday is a day to remember the sermons of Lord Jesus and to practice love.

''Good Friday is a day to remember the sermons of Lord Jesus and to practice love, compassion and forgiveness. On this holy day, may His sacrifice brings peace and love in our lives,'' he said in his missive.
