PM Modi inaugurates first Sikkim airport in Pakyong
Pakyong, Sept 24 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday inaugurated the first airport of Sikkim in Pakyong, media reports said.
The Pakyong Airport is 35 km away from Gangtok and 60 km away from India-China border.
The runway of the airport is 1.75 km, report said.
The engineering marvel has costed Rs. 605 crore.
