PM Modi arrives Aizawl for day-long Mizoram-Meghalaya visit

Guwahati, Dec 16 (IBNS): After conclusion of the Gujarat Assembly election, Prime Minister Narendra Modi started his day-long maiden visit to north east India on Saturday.

At around 9 a.m., Modi had arrived at Aizawl's Lengpui Airport. He will be dedicating the Tuirial Hydropower Project to the nation.

The Prime Minister will hold a public rally after inaugurating the hydel power project.

He will also visit poll bound Meghalaya where he will address a rally at polo ground in Shillong.
