Mining baron Sekhar Reddy gets conditional bail

Chennai, May 12 (IBNS) : The Madras High Court on Friday granted bail to mining baron Sekhar Reddy and two of his accomplices , who were arrested after the Enforcement Directorate recovered Rs. 32 crore in new 2000-rupee notes post demonetisation, reports said.

Reddy, Srinivas and Prem Kumar were asked to pay Rs. ten lakh and produce two sureties of Rs. five lakh each for conditional bail.

The High Court asked them to stay  in Delhi and appear before ED officials on daily basis.

The trio was accused of money laundering.
