Maharashtra polls: Devendra Fadnavis to file nomination today

Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Devendra Fadnavis, will file his nomination from South West Nagpur here on Friday.

He is going to file his nomination amid a massive roadshow.

The BJP and Shiv Sena are fighting the polls in an alliance.

On Thursday, Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray filed his nomination from Worli becoming the first from his family to contest an election.

The state polls are scheduled to be held on Oct 21.
