Kolkata, Aug 13 (IBNS) A school student was found hanging at his residence in Kolkata on Tuesday, the police said on Wednesday.

Sunil Kumar Gupta's family alleged that he took the step after he was scolded by teachers at his school.

According to reports, teachers scolded him and then sent him home after he had a fight with a classmate.

Gupta's parents alleged that he was harassed by two teachers in school, reports said.

The police have started investigating into the matter.
