Srinagar, Aug 7 (IBNS) Jammu and Kashmir's cabinet minister and senior ruling National Conference (NC) leader Chowdhary Muhammad Ramzan has reportedly scolded and abused the chief engineer of PHE Kashmir division at a review meeting here on Thursday.
The alleged misbehavior from NC senior minister, who heads consumer Affairs and Public Distribution department, occurred during a review meeting in Jammu & Kashmir's summer capital Srinagar.

Talking to IBNS, chief engineer PHE Muzaffar Ahmad Lankar said the minister lost his temper during a review meeting in civil secretariat and hurled abuses at him.

"I have decided to resign from my post and have submitted my resignation to the commissioner secretary PHE," he said.

Meanwhile, PHE employees from different parts of  Kashmir Valley staged protest demonstrations  against the  minister and demanded impartial probe into the incident.
