Kashmir: Fire in police station damage SOG building in Pulwama

Srinagar/UNI: Fire broke out at a police station in south Kashmir district of Pulwama on Wednesday, official sources said.

They said fire was this morning noticed in the Special Operation Group (SOG) building in police station Awantipora in Pulwama.

SOG and police personnel present in the police station were joined by firemen to bring the fire under control before it could spread to other buildings.

The cause of fire was being ascertained, sources said, adding there was no report of any loss of life in the fire.
