India's challenge to Kulbhushan Jadhav's death sentence in Pakistan : Hearing begins at ICJ
The hearing follows India's challenge over the death sentence awarded to Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav by Pakistan branding him an Indian spy, a claim the latter fiercely denies.

The two nuclear armed neighbours were at the top court 18 years ago when Pakistan had asked it to intervene over the shooting down of its naval aircraft.
India earlier said it had no other option but to approach the International Court of Justice to secure justice for Kulbhushan Jadhav, now on the death row.
"We were forced to approach the ICJ after 16 consular requests to the Pakistan Government was denied," Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Gopal Baglay said on Wednesday last.
His statement came after ICJ ruled against the hanging order of Jadhav.
