India hires highest female pilots in the world: Reports
New Delhi, Sept 5 (IBNS): Bringing some good news, India can now boast of having the highest proportion of female pilots in the world, which stands at 12 percent, media reports said.
The figure is twice the global average of five percent.
According to reports, India also has the fastest growing domestic aviation market in the world.
Therefore, Boeing stated that there would be a need for 7,90,000 pilots globally in the next 20 years.
