Former PDP leader Vikramaditya Singh joins Congress, Rahul Gandhi welcomes
New Delhi, Oct 11 (IBNS): Former Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader Vikramidtya Singh on Thursday joined the Congress party.
Congress president Rahul Gandhi welcomed Singh into his party.
Singh is the member of the Legislative Council in the Jammu and Kashmir government.
He is also the descendant of King Hari Singh, who was the last king of the northern state.
Singh had joined the PDP in 2015.
Born in 1964, he is the son of former Congress leader Karan Singh.
