Kolkata, Oct 29 (IBNS): A fire broke out inside an office in a multi-storey building in north Kolkata's Vivekananda Road area on Saturday, reports said.

According to reports, the fire was first seen in the morning and fire brigade was called in.

As many as four fire tender engines rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control.

As the office was closed that time and none was present there, no casualty was reported in the incident.

After preliminary investigation, fire officials said that the fire might have started due to a short circuit in an AC machine.
