Eve-teasers' car mows down 3 students in West Bengal, 1 dead

Kolkata, Oct 20 (IBNS): One eleventh standard student was killed and two others were injured on Thursday afternoon when a car, which was chasing them, lost its control and hit them at Garughata area under Mahishadal Police Station limits in West Bengal's East Medinipur district, reports said.

According to reports, three youths, on board a Swift Dzire car, had started teasing and chasing three girls, who were going to coaching class, on National Highway 41.

Suddenly the car lost its control and mows down the three class eleven students of Tajpur High School.

One of them- Madhumita Bag- died on spot and remaining two- Pinky Nayek and Sunita Bag- have been admitted to a nearby hospital.

Police, however, booked two youths in connection with the case and seized the killed vehicle, while third accused is still absconding.
