DU girl posts video of man masturbating beside her in moving bus

New Delhi, Feb 12 (IBNS): Amid rising incidents of sexual harassment faced by women in the national capital, a Delhi University (DU) student has shot a video of a man allegedly masturbating beside her in a moving bus.


According to reports, the man was trying to touch her waist repeatedly.

The student also lodged an FIR against the middle aged man.

According to reports, the incident happened on Feb 7 in the route between Vasant Village and IIT Gate.

In the FIR, the girl alleged that she shouted at the man but "he did not understand" and the other passengers "ignored it."

The accused has been booked under sections 354 (sexual harassment), 354A, and 294 (obscene act in public place) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Police are carrying out investigation against the accused.
