Delhi hostel collapse: Death toll rises to 6, shopkeeper's narrow escape caught on camera
The death toll in the PG hostel building collapse in Delhi's Satya Niketan has risen to six, with rescuers working on a frantic footing to pull out survivors trapped under the rubble, media reports said on Monday.
Eleven students have so far been rescued from the site.
Meanwhile, a video has gone viral showing the moment a shopkeeper narrowly escaped after the building collapsed, trapping several people under the debris.

The shopkeeper was seen sitting outside his roadside store when the structure suddenly collapsed. He managed to flee the spot at the last moment, narrowly escaping the tragedy.
Delhi Police have searched multiple locations in an effort to apprehend the building's owner, Hariram, who is currently on the run.
The structure, which was around 50 years old, stood on a 55-square-yard plot in a resettlement colony, a senior MCD official told India Today.

The building was a G+4 structure, although the original permission was reportedly only for a G+1 building, the official added.
Ten injured people were rushed to the AIIMS Trauma Centre following the collapse.
Two NDRF teams comprising around 70 personnel, along with a canine squad, are currently conducting search and rescue operations at the site.
The Delhi Disaster Management Authority, Delhi Fire Services, Delhi Police, MCD, CATS and Civil Defence personnel, along with local residents, have also joined the rescue operation.
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the incident.
