Delhi: Fire alert at Rajiv Chowk metro station
New Delhi, Apr 19 (IBNS) A hoax call led to a fire alarm at Rajiv Chowk metro station in Delhi on Saturday afternoon, said reports.
After four fire engines reached the place, the firefighters found no flames inside and around the station.
Rajiv Chowk is one of the busiest stations on the network, serving Connaught Place in the heart of Delhi. Many businesses and important buildings, restaurants and cinemas are situated just outside the station.
