Behraich, Feb 24 (IBNS) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah on Wednesday said the current Samajwadi Party-led government and earlier Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) government of Uttar Pradesh have destroyed the state.

He said Uttar Pradesh, which is considered to be a politically crucial state of the country, has moved away from the path of development.

"A state like Uttar Pradesh has moved out from the path of development during the tenure of the SP and BSP government. Both the parties have completely destroyed the state," Shah tweeted.

Shah is visiting Uttar Pradesh on Wedneday.
