BJP's three-day national council meeting begins in Kozhikode
Kozhikode, Sept 23 (IBNS) : Bharatiya Janata Party's three-day long national council meeting began in Kerala's Kozhikode on Friday
as the party pushes ahead with its agenda to make a dent in the state, a traditional bastion for the Left and the Congress.
BJP President Amit Shah is chairing the national council meeting, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive on Saturday.
He will address a rally on Sunday.
The council members will discuss, among other things, the party's agenda ahead of the state elections next year and a strategy against Pakistan in the backdrop of cross-border terrorism, particularly the Uri attack.
