Maharashtra: 24 more test positive in Aurangabad

Aurangabad/UNI: As many as 24 people tested positive for the novel coronavirus in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra on Tuesday, soaring the total number of cases to 651, here.

Fifteen people have so far lost their lives to the pandemic in this district while 113 have been so far cured of the illness, GMCH Dean Dr Kanan Yelikar said.

Out of 24 fresh cases, highest five cases were reported from Sanjay nagar followed by four each from N-7 Cidco area, Rishangate, Gandhinagar, Shahnoor Durga, Duttanagar, Bhadkalgate, Chikalthana, Pundalik nagar, AMC employee, Prakash Nagar, Ramnagar, Pundaliknagar and N-8 Cidco while three from other locations.
