Kyrgyzstan tallies 906 COVID-19 cases

Bishkek/Xinhua/UNI: Kyrgyzstan reported 11 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Friday, bringing the total to 906.
 

Among the newly infected two are medical workers, bringing the total number of infected medical workers to 226, said Kyrgyzstan's Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbaev.

Five employees of the Drug Supply Department of the Health Ministry have also been infected, he said, adding 244 patients remained in hospitals.

In the last 24 hours, 13 patients recovered, raising the total number of recoveries to 650.

Kyrgyzstan reported 12 COVID-19 fatalities since the outbreak in the country.
